1. Rhonda Allison Cherry Jubilee Mask (Retail value: $17)
This yummy little mask is awesome! Rich in antioxidants, it contains potent anti-aging value that fights against free radical damage and aids in building healthy skin tissue. The acid strength is equivalent to about an 8% Lactic Acid. It smells amazing and I couldn’t resist but try the stuff—tastes like sour cherry!
2. Dermaquest C-Lipoic Cleanser (Retail value: $11)
This antioxidant-rich foaming cleanser was my favorite item in the collection. Since I have been using it, my face has stayed pretty cleared up and it feels and looks wonderful (which is rare, as I have stubborn combination skin, prone to blemishes, and New York’s humid climate is not helping at all.)
3. Epicuren X-Treme Crème Sunscreen SPF 45 (Retail value: $34)
I’ve dealt with different types of sunscreens and typically do not like wearing them because of the white film and greasy after feel. The X-Treme Crème comes in a curiously yellowish color (probably because it contains Brazilian Propolis) and feels more like a serum. It absorbs nicely and gives your skin a slight glow… and yes, you can apply your makeup on top of it.
4. Epicuren Acidophilus Probiotic (Retail value: $22)
Light-weight and paraben-free, this moisturizer contains vitamin C and is perfect for humid or warm climates.
5. La Bella Donna Co-exist Gel (Retail value: $100)
Also ideal for humid and hot climates, this eye cream contains green tea extract and can be used before or after applying your makeup, or as a moisturizer. This product worked well for me, leaving the skin around the eyes hydrated and refreshed.
